I totally disagree. The difference is that wearing appropriate clothing for the activity (swimwear for swimming) and sitting in a restaurant where women are paraded for pleasure is not anywhere NEAR apples and apples. Swimwear is designed for freedom of movement, water safety and, yes, to emphasize the physical attractiveness of the body. Hooters waitress attire has but one, and only one, function. To draw male attention on the most sexually attractive parts of the female body.

You are shopping at the wrong store, buddy! Here is a picture of a
Water Baptism in which I (wearing swim trunks and a baggy T-shirt) baptised a young girl (in her swimsuit and a baggy T-shirt) with the help of a lifeguard because of the severe undertow that day. The Lifeguard is a hunk, I am told, but do you find yourself lusting after the girl… or me? People here swim together, but generally are pretty modest in the way they go about it.
