After Huckabee having Lynyrd Skynyrd as a guest and rockin' out with them, I think I would vote for him! :D

That is funny. I said the same thing last night when I watched him playing bass guitar on "Sweet Home Alabama". I announced to my family that we have to get this man elected!

Not that I don't like some of the folks in the list, but I don't think any of them but Mitt Romney has a real chance to beat Obama. Personally, I wish Ron Paul would run again; I wouldn't laugh at him this time. I'd vote for him. Or, Tom Tancredo. But, I don't think Sarah Palin, as much as I like her and as much as I like her libertarian views, is viable. Neither may Ron Paul be, but if he ran, he'd be as viable as my vote would make him. I just cannot see voting for Mike Huckabee, who is as big government as any democrat, and has a history of self-promotion and making himself the beneficiary of public largesse as governor. I just don't like him much to be honest. The words "phoney baloney" come to mind every time I see him or hear him.

Response: You must live too close to Atlanta, some of that liberal spin is getting in your drinking water.

If we, we as our country/don't look at me we, can elect Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, or Hussien, we could elect a donkey.

Palin is the only reason McCain floated as long as he did.
What we need here is a good revival! lol

I agree, Scooter. Last time I think we settled on someone we thought was electable (McCain) and he just didn't have the fight in him.

the point is if the repubs are ever going to get elected again, they need to find someone with a brain. someone smart and someone that appeals to the majority. im waiting for a christain dem. to vote for. someone that serves God and the back bone of America. The worker!!! we may never see one again. but i will never again vote for a repub. because they end each speach with God bless America. They are going to have to show that they care about more then stuffing their pockets and the pockets of their freinds while playing the fiddle as Rome burns.

To me Mitt has blew it. Doesn't he want a better version of HC reform? A better Govt controlled version? hua?

Are you serious? A vote for him is wasted on several levels.

I'm shocked.. She is only one that has been consistent and continues to stand for our traditional values. Continues to be able to speak directly to the American people and they respond. A vote here would not be wasted.

I think we have too often leaned toward those we think will be more liked by liberals and the honest truth is that they aren't going to like anyone remotely conservative.

Dawgs forget reps for a moment how can you support a party that denies your faith and goes against everything i would hope you believe in?

You must agree with abortion
you must agree with a "no gun policy"
you must agree with anything BUT christianity

I dont get it. What has the dems done for the working class? If you do not think tax cuts help the everyday middle class men then you really do not understand capitalism.

BTW does it not bother you that the dems do it all for the unions? Talk about a double standard.

Sarah Palin would be elected just as fast as anyone the Republicans could support for ballot. She is stronger among the religious right than you may think.
