Has Anybody Noticed

Food and Beverage companies such as Taco Bell and PepsiCo have entrenched themselves into the cause to normalize the homo-agenda. In fact in one of Taco Bell's most recent commercials a pregnant man dressed as a woman in a blue dress, wearing leggings uncovers his stomach to reveal several affordable Taco Bell menu items. When the second character in the commercial asks him if he is wearing makeup, he simply responds by saying "You Can't Judge Me!"...This message is plain, simple and clearly goes beyond the sell and promotion of foods into a message of social morality and is clearly a message of comfort from Taco Bell to its current and potential customer base of transgender individuals.

That's a stretch, for me.

I didn't see any subversive, hidden agenda in that ad... just humor.

Did you see the other one, where a cute pregnant girl gets on a bus, followed by a guy with a huge belly from stuffing himself? Same visual play on pregnancy.

I do get what you are saying Beckrl and agree that we are getting flooded with these messages whether indirectly or directly. I really did not think to much about the drag with nachos in his shirt, but who knows! They do desire us to be labeled as racist because of our bible belief that it is wrong.

Brother, you should know how satan works. He will place something with "just humor" to slowly get us a custom. "Please not judge me"

2 Corinthians 2:
11Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

The Quiznos commercial I saw last night is much worse. I asked my husband..."did you hear what they just said!" I'm not comfortable sharing the dialog in mixed company.

I am with Rambo on this one.

I ain't watched TV in years. I haven't even got a good clue as to what movies are playing in the theatres...or have been playing.

I just got shown a website where I can watch Fox News...it seems like such a time killer though...and I gotta go faster than it wants to spit out the news.

I don't have a lot of time to do nothing but watch TV between work, school, children, and study time...

But I did just finish a bit of study on the expression "Born Again" and who really said it versus who didn't...and what the Greek really means from John 3:3.

I guess to each his own.
Some like to see where Satan is working and others like to see where God is working...they must...it is what they do.
I want to die like Grandpa, quietly and in his sleep; not like the passengers in his car, they were all panicking and screaming.

Wowee...such pomposity ;) :D :D but we love you anyway.     (you too Rambo)    ....but then forums like this are for commenting about crazy stuff aren't they?....even though they can be such a "time killer though". 8)

Usually don't & haven't paid attention to the commercial prior to this, but while watching the evening news (if you need to know) it actually caught my attention for a change, and having read Beckrl's post on this subject, realized that this was an overt commercial (and pardon the expression) "in your face".

It isn't so evil if you freely admit your own feelings self righteousness now is it?

And I do have some.

It is more evil not to see or admit it at all IMHO.

And I love you too.

Since we're on the subject Beckrl. It's a sign of the times.........

Quiznos, a fast food restaurant chain that specializes in selling submarine sandwiches, has aired a controversial television commercial, with an extended version only appearing in the late-night lineups. The commercial is a promotion for the company's new sandwich, the 'Toasty Torpedo'. Bob Sassone, a writer for TVSquad.com, argues that it is homosexually themed and compares it to pornography...........

........Quiznos published a press release on March 24 announcing the new line of sandwiches. They stated that their price of US$4 helps to ease the economic pinch. In a statement to Wikinews Quiznos stated that their commercials are within the company's character and they were designed to get people talking. "We developed our new ads to be consistent with the Quiznos brand and to get people excited about our new Toasty Torpedoes. Some of the ads are edgy and provocative, but they're well within the confines of the Quiznos brand character," said Rebecca Steinfort, chief marketing officer for Quiznos to Wikinews.

"Since Quiznos has a broad range of consumers that eat at its more than 4,500 restaurants nationwide, we tailor our commercials to be relevant and appeal to our diverse customers - all of whom are watching different kinds of programming. The new ads are fun and entertaining, and the edginess and innuendo of the ads are designed to get people talking about our new Toasty Torpedoes, and that's exactly what we want: people to talk and taste our new sandwiches," added Steinfort.

Bob Sassone a writer for TVSquad.com, one of the Internet's top television weblogs, compared the commercial to a pornography film.

"The new Quizno's commercial is probably the closest we'll get to a gay porn flick in a mainstream sub shop ad," Sassone wrote.

Gay porn on a Quiznos commercial ? I must have missed this one. I've seen the one where the guy talks to the oven, but I did not notice anything gay about it.
In the presence of Jehovah, God almighty, Prince of peace.

The King.

Response: There are multiple versions of the same commercial.

One talks about "You know we both liked that" and I think one says something about putting something warm in you. :-`
What we need here is a good revival! lol
