Retirement

Postby Susie Hamilton » August 7th, 2013, 1:28 pm

I have decided this week it is time for me to retire. It is just not worth it anymore with the toil this job takes on my body and all the overtime, yes the money is nice but it cannot give me back the time for all the church functions I have to miss and time from my family as well. There are a few things I have to get done to make this financially possible. I ask for your prayers that all things fall into place as quickly as possible. My plans are to be retired by December or earlier, thanks for your prayers as I move to the next phase of my life.
To God be the Glory.

Retirement date set for 11-01-13, really getting excited about what type of ministry I can get involved in after that. My Pastor is already thinking, LOL. Looking forward to this new phase of my life.

Just had my retirement counseling session. Retirement set for 1-31-14 for better financial incentives. Looking good. This is the last summer I will have to work in this heat. :D
