I think it would be interesting that if you attempt a field goal you could get 1, 2,or 3 points, depending on how close to the middle you get.
On the other hand, the officiating crew would have to get bigger ... never mind.

Kickers rarely get scholarships to play. The nation's #2 kicker has committed to Alabama for next year WITH a scholarship offer. Always puzzled me how you can put so much on one kid's shoulders (or, in Bama's case, two kickers) and NOT offer a scholarship. The ones we missed vs. LSU likely cost us a shot at the BCS Championship Game. But, you win some and you lose some.
