I've been given the green light today to make a public announcement: Amy & I will become first-time GRANDPARENTS in 2011!!!

Our daughter-in-law Stephanie is pregnant and it looks like we will be making an Alabama trip around the end of July/beginning of August.

you surround them with your favor as with a shield." (Psalm 5:12)

Another Alabama fan has entered the world!

Seriously, congratulations, brother. Very, very happy for you.

Congradulations to you and Amy and the expecting mother....... As has already been said. Being a grandparent is beyond comprehension. Never fully understood it, can't explain it..so I just totally enjoy it.
You cannot effectively love and minister to others when you are obsessed with protecting
and preserving yourself.
