I'm just going to basically copy and paste some quotes and comments and hopefully we can go from there.
Imam Feisal said it was Christians who started mass attacks on civilians.
"The Islamic method of waging war is not to kill innocent civilians. But it was Christians in World War II who bombed civilians in Dresden and Hiroshima, neither of which were military targets."
Imam Feisal, who argues for a Western style of Islam that promotes democracy and tolerance, said there could be little progress until the US acknowledged backing dictators and the US President gave an "America Culpa" speech to the Muslim world.
(a culpa is Latin for "mistake" so Imam Feisal thinks America should apologize to the Muslim world for civilian casualties of war? Didn't Obama do that? Apologize I mean? Why then are we still being attacked? Cause it's baloney!)
Asked in June by WABC-AM whether he believed the State Department was correct in designating Hamas as a terrorist organization, Rauf gave a winding response: "I am not a politician. ... The issue of terrorism is a very complex question. ... I do not want to be placed ... in a position of ... where I am the target of one side or another."
(complex question? Let's see....if someone straps a bomb to there chest, walks into a crowded cafe' filled with innocent men, women, and children and blows themself up hoping to take as many people as they can with them......THAT my friend IS terrorism! And the ONLY side to be on is the side that opposes the idiots who do that or support that kind of tactic!)
Imam Rauf told 60 Minutes: "Fanaticism and terrorism have no place in Islam." But then he went on to say: "I wouldn't say that the United States deserved what happened, but the United States policies were an accessory to the crime that happened."
Ok, that's all I have for now.....thought I had more. lol Hope this gets some airtime.
