Awesome! I'm stuck at 205. I started out at 244 and seem to be in a holding pattern. I want to get under 200 so bad!

As of today, I weigh in at exactly 181... just one pound over my initial goal weight. What are you doing to lose the weight? You can do it!

I feel your pain. I'm down 60 and just seem to be stuck!!

Yepeeeeee! I'm so proud of all of you for losing the weight...I'm down 85 lbs now. My blood test the other day was GREAT!!!! I praise God for all the help He has given me in this journey! I could not be doing it without His help!!!

Yes, Gary, it feels wonderful actually. My energy level is amazingly different!
