I love it. We are at war with the ideology of radical Islam, whether the wimp in the White House wants to admit it or not.
"God is excited to show you mercy. He rises to give you His compassion." (Isaiah 30:18)

"For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous;
you surround them with your favor as with a shield." (Psalm 5:12)

I think it is just another bunch of people trying to shut the mouths of Christians.

All they have to do is change the model # of the sight and say we have the right to call our products what we want and give them the model # We like.

it is a TOTAL joke that this s a news story

I think it is great, hopefully the message touches their life.

Ahhh. Alright. I'll tell you why I don't like, and why I don't mind it either.

1. I don't like it because I do, actually, buy into the line that we're risking an unnecessary obstacle to more peaceful relationships by fostering an appearance that this is God's war against Islam. Not exactly helpful, and absolutely not needed. If it is a means for God to fight Islam, obscure abbreviated references to bible verses are not very subversive to that heathen faith.

2. I don't mind it because they've always been on there, apparently, and until now no one --- including the Muslims we seem so terrified to offend --- has said anything I've heard or read about it. On balance, no harm no foul, IMO.
Human government bears the same relation to hell as the church bears to heaven. (David Lipscomb, On Civil Government, 72).

Isn't this Gods War against islam, and isn't this islam's war against God?

I agree totally with your second point, I have heard of people putting scripture on their shells so when they are ejected and someone picks them up they will be see the word.

What I think is so funny is these letters and numbers are so small you would have to get out a magnifying glass to see it, and More importantly how many people say, I wonder what the numbers are on my scope.

many of our freedoms as Christians are being tested and taken away because of the lie "separation of church and state"

TC, no I don't believe this is God's war against anything. This is our war against people who harmed us, want to harm us, and/or keep trying to. Our war in Iraq is not as God's vindicating army against the forces of Hussein. Our war in in Afghanistan (and some in Pakistan, too) is not as God's instrument of vengeance on Islam. We're fighting a practical battle against living enemies with live ammo. If God wants to make a point, He is certainly able to use military force to do that, but He certainly doesn't need the US armed forces to accomplish it nor do I know of any reason to believe that He's doing that now. I can't imagine why on earth anyone would get the idea that these wars are God's wars against Islam.

Maybe I should have said it like this

They are at War with us because we do not believe in their god. And by default our GOD is at war with their god

I don't think that God cares which flag we are raising, but I do think that God is using this war to protect his Children in those countries where they killed for their beliefs. I am just of the belief that when it comes to God and other gods there is and always will be a battle.
