URGENT!

Please pray for me...I woke up suddenly this morning about 4:00 am...full of anixousness...feeling like I was having a panick attack! I woke my daughters up to pray for me, I'm feeling better, but am real jittery inside and am having a hard time relaxing. I don't know what is causing this, except the Devil....please pray for calmness to come over me! Thanks!

Thank you all so much! I'm feeling much better. My family has noticed I've been having these attacks (I didn't really notice them) ever since my Father-in-law passed away last year. My body/mind was so wornout for being his caregiver for almost ten years...I think my body/mind has had a hard time relaxing.

I really appreciate you prayers, I can feel them!

It's called post traumatic stress...It's when the battle is over that your body and mind fall apart....Check also with you horomones too...And good luck with this, stress can do a lot of things to our bodies....

Thank you so much for these comforting words..I was becoming a bit nervous getting ready for bed. This is just what I needed!!!!

Thank you, my J2 family..it means a lot that I have friends to call on in a time of need. I know things will be better when my hubby comes home Wednesday...we haven't been apart this long in many years. Up side....we go see Mickey Mouse next week! WHOA!!!!
