Pastor Gary- How is eating every 2 hours helping to lose weight? not real sure I understand that,

The idea

The idea, as I understand it, is that when you skip meals, don't eat, and skimp on food your body thinks "Hmmm... no food coming... I'd better store some of this as fat just in case."

When you give your body food every couple of hours, before the hunger signal kicks in, it thinks "Okay - plentiful fuel supply, so I can burn a bunch of this off... no need to store fat."
