Postby Billy n NC » September 30th, 2010, 11:39 am

Any of you guys using the new AT & T Cable/ Internet / phone packages. etc.

They came knocking on my door yesterday. sounds good.

DVR does not cost extra . Can record 4 shows at once. and watch DVR recording from any tv in house.
not sure how. 1 box.. wonder if they will zap you for multiple remotes.

4 shows at once?

Postby Pastor Gary » September 30th, 2010, 11:50 am

Wow. The ability to record 4 at once is a huge upgrade from our Time-Warner cable DVR 2-at-a-time... though I don't have time to watch the recorded shows much anyway. My wife prefers to time-shift her viewing and uses the DVR a lot.

They are actually making Decatur, AL one of their hubs. Should get interesting.

I have AT&T, DSL, PHONE, IPHONE and it's such a bundle price compared to my last service of each that I literally get the iPhone for FREE.

Hopefully soon they will offer what you are able to get here and I will get asap.

My father in law has Uverse and loves it.

I have the new Zcomcast any room dvr which backfeeds the recording through the cables and into a special box in my bedroom. No fancy remotes.

I have it.

Home phone with free long distance, U200 package with HD, DVR and extra receiver, plus wireless phones(1 Iphone and 1 regular) for about $275 per month tax and all. I also got $200 in visa gift cards for signing up. Also have internet access. No complaints.
