Sweet Potato Oven Fries

Peal and slice enough sweet potatoes. In a large pan, put a small amount of Olive oil in the bottom of the pan. place the sliced potatoes in and spray with Pam. Sprinkle nutmeg on the potatoes. Bake at 350 until done ( approximately 15 minutes depending on size of french fries.)
