6 cups chopped broccoli
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds - ( can use sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts)
2 tsp. flaxseed
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tsp. raspberry vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1. In large bowl, place broccoli, onion, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds.
2. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar, mix well.
3. Pour over salad ... toss well.
4. Chill before serving.
Yield: 6 - one cup servings
