EASY Chicken Breast

Postby Carlene Prince » January 19th, 2009, 6:54 am

Sorry I did not measure this out but…

I mixed:
Rosemary
Garlic
White pepper,
Salt
Lemon Pepper
Parsley
Olive oil

Chicken breast

This made like a past, and I rubbed it on the chicken and I place sliced lemons on top of this.

Then I …
Place each chicken breast in foil pockets that I had sprayed with ‘Butter Pam’ and I also sprayed the chicken with ‘Butter Pam’ and cooked it in the oven, when it come out of the oven I squeezed fresh lemon juice on it…it was pretty good.

I served it over Rice and poured the ‘juice” of the foil packets over the rice, had a Salad and Green Bean and French bread.

White pepper is a slightly milder version of the common black pepper.

White pepper is AWESOME! There is a homestyle Chinese restaurant here that uses a lot of white pepper in dishes, wonderful.
..I press on to take hold of that
for which Christ took hold of me.
