Real easy and real good.

Diced and or shredded cooked chicken
Mayonaise (I prefer Hellmans)
sweet relish
tad bit celery seed
tad bit of onion powder
tad bit of salt and pepper

Mix all together and enjoy.
There never was a horse that couldn't be rode and there never was a cowboy that couldn't be throwed.

I make a lot of different chicken salads because I eat a lot of chicken. My favorite is

Diced chicken breast
diced celery
diced onion
1 diced apple (for a variation I sometimes use pineapple chunks)
seedless grapes (red or green) sliced in half lengthwise
Hellman's Mayo

I serve this on a bed of lettuce with crackers or French bread

Another one I like is

Diced chicken breast
diced celery
diced onions
diced green peppers (you can use red and yellow also)
diced tomato
Hellman's Mayo

I serve it in a large tomato that has been scooped out

I haven't heard of that but I'm willing to try almost anything once.
