Oven Potatoes

Take potatoes, slice (I did circles) place in a bowl and add:

Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Parsley
Coat the potatoes well with this---( I guess you could use any Seasons you wanted)


Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven @ 300 till they are tender, {when they were done I added more garlic powder I served these with hamburgers—my kids loved them.}
