Depends on what's leftover

my wife makes Turkey pot pie, we've also done some things with left over meats, roll out a pizza crust fill one side with meat and some cheese/sauce then fold over, seal and bake, works well with chicken (Ranch & Bacon or Alfredo) or Ham (cheddar sauce) etc.

For turkey - we like to make Mexican Chicken Casserole
(can find recipe in this forum - just use turkey instead of
chicken). Our traditional family favorite is to make
toasted BBQ sandwiches with the turkey. (We usually
simmer shredded turkey with our favorite BBQ sauce -
then make sandwiches & toast).

For ham - we make ham & beans, cut into cubes
and mix with mac & cheese - or fry it & have for
breakfast with eggs.
If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.

One other that we do with Turkey is alfredo, just cut it up and mix in with cooked pasta (we use the spiral cause it holds alot of sauce) and alfredo sauce.

That's what I usually do, too. I have a Turkey Tetrazinni (sp?) recipe which has the alfredo sauce, you can add peas, parmesan to the top, and maybe some other grated cheese, paprika. It is very good!

This time I made a turkey rice soup with some chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, carrots and celery, white pepper, and a little milk. We've all had colds so this really fit the bill! :)
..I press on to take hold of that
for which Christ took hold of me.
