Grilled or Broiled Pork Chops

Postby jinjer » November 16th, 2008, 4:52 am

Thick Cut Center cut pork chops
Place on broil pan or grill, brush will A1. Broil(under the broiler) or grill until desired doneness.

I prefer the thick cut chops as they do not dry out, and the center cut have the fat trimmed. I serve this with a baked sweet potato (I do that in the microwave). If I remember to defrost the meat, this is a excellent quick meal.

All I can say about pork chops, is yea for the other white meat.

For my sweet potatoes, I gently poke a few holes in each potato with a fork, wrap each in a paper towel and put in microwave. I usually start out with 6 minutes, and then check and go up from there as needed.

My brother-in-law made the sweet potatoes this year. He and I are the only ones that eat them. They were awesome. He said he used nutmeg and cinnamon along with a little brown sugar and marshmallows. The nutmeg and cinnamon did it for me. I probably will use that often now, even when I bake them, which I have never done. Sounds really good to me.
