1 large can yams
1/2 cup soft butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup broken pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend together first six ingredients. Spray 9 x 12 pan with non-stick spray and pour in mixture.
Mix together your three topping ingredients until crumbly and place over top of casserole mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until top is brown.
