SALSA
Ingredients:
1 Large can diced tomatoes
4 Cans stewed tomatoes original
2 Cans Cajun or Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 Onion chopped
1/8 c Chopped cilantro or substitute dried cilantro to taste
½ Fresh squeezed lemon
1 tsp Red wine vinegar
6 Cloves garlic minced
5-10 Jalapeno peppers chopped (or more if you like it HOT)
Directions:
Chop tomatoes in food processor or blender. Mix all ingredients well, chill and serve with tortilla chips.
In tomato season I also make this with fresh tomatoes and it is even better!
