Corn Casserole
o 1 small tube of Mahatma Saffron Rice (cooked according to package instructions)
o 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
o 1 stick margarine, melted
o 1 can cream of mushroom soup
o 1 can whole kernel corn
After cooking rice according to package instructions dump all ingredients together in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for approx. a half hour or until bubbly.
This dish is never a disappointment! I make it for holidays or get-together's and just double or triple the recipe.
