Staying at UF. Agreed to not coach in the NBA for the next 5 years and says that he will NEVER consider it again.

Other famous denials:

"I am not going to be the Alabama coach." --- Nick Saban

"I did not have sexual relations with that woman." -- Bill Clinton

"I have never used steroids." -- Rafael Palmeiro

"I'm not a candidate for any job." -- Boston College coach Tom O'Brien, less than 24 hours prior to being named the new coach at NC State

"They'll have to carry me out of here in a pine box." -- Tommy Tuberville, then-Ole Miss head coach, denying rumors that he was interested in the Auburn job, all the while negotiations had been ongoing and he took the Auburn job less than 2 weeks later

Lesson: Never, ever listen to a coach's words about where he wants to work. See who's got the deepest pocket and cushiest place to be. For Donovan, he's got it made at UF and the difference in money wasn't enough to make that jump. I don't blame the guy for changing his mind. The parties resolved it, and its over and done with.
