Ricky Williams - Say it isnt so

Postby Paully_44 » May 11th, 2007, 11:47 am

Fails yet again

The man quit the NFL to go on a ganja-quest after failing a drug test and being suspended for a year. Decides to make a come back, gets signed by the CFL who guess what.... test for drugs. He fails again.

Maybe he needs to study for the test better, or find another career. 8)

It is amazing! We are dealing with "Pacman" Jones here and he got a ticket this week for going 79 in a 55 zone at 12:45 in the am headed into town instead of home. All of this 4 days before his hearing with the Commissioner to discus his ban.

People that take their gifts for granted should not be allowed to keep them.

Well, the town where he did his "yoga teaching", etc. is where Clarissa and her family live. Mike is a Corrections Officer there and a FORMER Ricky Williams fan.

The place where he stayed and did his "rehab" and "teaching" is nothing but a New Age drug haven that the Christian Sheriff would love to get enough evidence on to bust and shut down.

His "rehab" probably did nothing but attempt to teach him how to NOT get caught. Apparently that lesson didn't work, either. :?

I have been so out of the loop on all things news and sports, I didn't even know about this story. BUT, in the interest of (ahem) equal time (read: kook alert), this story has a rather interesting toke, I mean take, on the subject.

(Warning: Column has a couple of cuss words.)

The one and only Dolphins jersey I ever owned is his. I wore it one season. What a waste of talent.

And, get this ... he's been teaching yoga in Grass Valley, CA.
