Need a legit criminal background site

Hi. Long time no see. I need a legit background check website that pulls up as much info as possible (especially criminal checks, addresses, actice warrants, aliases, etc) This organization is willing to pay around $10-15 per month for this info. Anyone know of a site like this that is reputable or where I go to check if a site is legit? Thanks!!!!!
