We received the following this morning from our co-workers in Uganda/S.Sudan

As you are also standing with us in prayer for the South Sudan, we are sending the first team northward tomorrow. Our forerunner has been up there for about 3 weeks now, clearing security, prayer teams, the crusade grounds, government letters, accommodations for the team and already starting the follow-up discipleship with a strong team of 18 pastors and intercessors. He has introduced them to ISOM (International School of Ministry)- in Arabic- and they are thrilled, super excited, and love the course. The spirit of teamwork is in their hearts and they are waiting expectantly and with much prayer for the rest of the team to come.
The van will go up tomorrow with 9 of our intercessors, worship leaders, and camera guys- and we're working on border clearing, and getting food to go up with them. (Food in Sudan is scarce and three times the cost)- so we load the van with enough food for the whole team for 3 weeks.
Received this today from our co-workers in Uganda/S.Sudan

We received a call from the forerunner Pastor on the ground- whom we sent up 3 weeks ago, saying that his meetings with the Governor were wonderful, and covered with God's Favor!! Thank you so much for praying!! The Governor asked him- Pastor Benjamin, to have us write a letter and tell us anything we needed for the crusade and our trip!! Can you believe such favor!! Only the Lord can do that- and even without meeting us. But Governor Joseph of Lakes State, Rumbek, being the capital, has talked to the Governor of Wau- who confirmed again and again the change the last crusade made in the whole state- and Governor Joseph is as supportive as he can be- before even meeting us!! Thank you for praying! 'The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.' Prov. 21:1
You cannot effectively love and minister to others when you are obsessed with protecting
and preserving yourself.
