I read the following on another board and thought I would pass it on here.

Russel Robert's Wife Died This Morning
They have a lake on their property, and the driveway is built on a dam. She lost control and flipped down the non-water side.

Please pray for Russell and his family. He has a mentally handicapped son, and will need all the support he can get.

Wow Pastor Gary - great words of wisdom spoken on Russell's FB page!! I remember when the teen girl that lives next door lost her mother. Having lost my own as a teen, I just went over and sat with her and cried with her. And you are so correct, people don't ask other people to help because it makes them feel like they are imposing and they try to carry the load all by themselves.

Marla Roberts

Marla Lynn Roberts, 46, went to be with the Lord April 24, 2010 in Florence. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday, April 26 and 9 until the 10 o’clock service Tuesday, April 27 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence with burial following at Mountain Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. A resident of Florence since 1992, coming from Baton Rouge, LA, Mrs. Roberts was a volunteer coordinator with Southern Care Hospice. She was a member of Quest Community Church, the Florence Florentine Club, and the Florence Rotary Club. She was a very passionate and giving wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Russell Roberts and her son Morgan Roberts, both of Florence; her father Lynn Carter of Sea Drift, TX; mother, Sherra Catenzaro of Baton Rouge, LA; and her brother, Kevin Carter of Plano, TX.
